In Azerbaijan, customs duty on online orders is calculated based on the Smart Customs system. Orders up to 300 USD per month are exempt from customs duty. A 15% customs duty is charged on amounts above this limit. Different rules may apply for postal and cargo shipments. The calculator calculates the customs duty payable taking into account the product price, shipping costs and the amount already imported this month.

Up to how much per month are orders duty-free?
In 2026 in Azerbaijan, online orders up to 300 USD per month are exempt from customs duty. This limit is calculated cumulatively across all orders.
How much duty is paid when exceeding the 300 USD limit?
A 15% customs duty is charged on the amount exceeding 300 USD. If you place an order for 400 USD, you pay 15% on 100 USD — that is 15 USD in duty.
Do Trendyol, Temu, Amazon orders fall under this rule?
Yes. All orders from Trendyol, Temu, Amazon, AliExpress and other foreign platforms are subject to the Smart Customs system and are included in the monthly 300 USD limit.
Are shipping costs included in the customs value?
Yes. When calculating customs value, the product price and shipping costs are considered together. With free shipping, only the product price is used.
How is the limit calculated with multiple orders in one month?
The limit is calculated cumulatively per month. For example, if you first order 200 USD then 150 USD, the 50 USD of the second order exceeds the limit and 15% duty is charged on this part.
