Prices are based on rates published by cargo companies. Rates may change. Contact the cargo company directly for official terms.
This calculator works based on three parameters: the weight of the goods (kg), the country of origin, and the delivery type (delivery to Baku, to regions/Nakhchivan, or courier to address). Based on your selection, the calculator simultaneously reviews the published tariff tables of several cargo companies and finds the price tier that matches the weight you entered. Some companies apply a flat amount for the whole tier, while others charge per kilogram. Companies are then ranked in ascending order by total delivery cost — the most affordable option is shown first. Companies that have no tariff for the selected weight are listed in a separate section. This way you can compare the most suitable cargo company in seconds.

Why do prices differ between cargo companies?
Price differences stem from the country of origin, weight tier, delivery type (to Baku or to a region) and the costs tied to each company's own logistics network. As a result, the cost of the same shipment can vary from company to company.
What does a weight tier mean?
Cargo companies set prices by weight ranges (e.g. 0–0.1 kg, 0.1–0.25 kg, etc). The tariff for the range that your entered weight falls into is applied.
What is the difference between a flat price and a per-kilogram price?
Some tariffs apply a single flat amount for the entire weight tier. Others charge per kilogram, multiplied by the total weight. The calculator accounts for both methods and shows the final cost.
What is the difference between delivery to Baku and delivery to regions?
Delivery to Baku covers receiving the shipment within Baku city (whether at a branch or at your address). Delivery to regions means the shipment is handed over in locations outside Baku, including Nakhchivan, via regional pickup points. Tariffs for these directions can differ.
Do tariffs differ for liquids?
Yes. Some cargo companies apply different (usually higher) tariffs for liquids compared to standard items. Selecting the product type in the calculator shows the applicable tariff.
