What is a supply agreement?
A supply agreement (Civil Code, Arts. 587–605) is a B2B document between the Supplier delivering goods and the Buyer accepting and paying for them. It can be structured as a one-time delivery, scheduled batch deliveries, or a framework agreement. The agreement covers product descriptions, quality standards, delivery terms, payment procedure, warranty periods, and penalty provisions.
