What is a vehicle purchase agreement?
A vehicle purchase agreement is the legal document formalising the transfer of a motor vehicle from seller to buyer. It is governed by Articles 567–582 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The agreement must be notarially certified, and payment is made through the notary's deposit account.
